24 hour notice is required to cancel services. Customers who cancel before the 24-hour deadline receive a full refund of any deposits paid. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will forfeit the $25 deposit.
For ongoing maintenance contracts such as routine mowing, we ask that clients provide at least 15 days' advance notice before cancellation. This allows us adequate time to adjust recurring payment arrangements and scheduling.
We request a minimum of 48 hours' notice for rescheduling appointments. This helps us make the necessary adjustments to our routes and employee schedules in order to provide the best service to all of our customers.
Customers are responsible for all returned check fees and declined payment fees.
